Get PAID while starting your career in arts and entertainment! Through our partnership with Department of Employee Services, Youth ages 16 - 21 can earn up to $1300 and 22 - 24 can earn up to $1700 to train in our Artist Development program over 6 weeks.
Young Moguls is an arts and entertainment development program for creatives interested in pursuing careers in music, visual, dance and other art fields. The great thing about our program is that we also hire the support functions that directly support those artists in their career. This program consists of:
Recording in Professional Recording Studios
Social Media Engagement
Competitive-based project | Production and Distribution Deal
Working events as part of media teams
Attending workshops designed for Artist Development
Networking with like-minded peers in the Arts
Realty Show Recording
Participating in summer block block party concerts
and much more...
Program Participants requirements:
16 - 24 age for summer program cycles
All participants are required to have mobile devices
Must download and use organization apps and tools
Global release forms required for photo and video

Youth learn on professional in professional studios industry experts, and create their own content for public release.
Youth work together to create their own performance group, learn what it takes to manage and market their products or career.
Youth gain experience in music production, studio management, audio recording, social media, dance, visual and business development.
Young Moguls create and launch their own projects that are released online and to the public for distribution, performance and/or purchase.
ArtsGroup is building the StudioPlace, a gym for Artists. The facility features 4 recording studios, 2 dance studios, photostudio, and performance spaces.
